Refunds, Returns & Shipping Policy
Due to all orders being custom made, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If a product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery and provide proof. If damage is caused by visible mishandling by the postal service, you must file a claim with the post office. If the packaging appears normal but the product is damaged, we may offer a replacement. This may be offered at our discretion. Each situation is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If the shipping address provided at checkout is correct but the postal service delivers the package to an incorrect address, you must file a claim directly with the post office. This is something beyond our control, and cannot offer refunds for postal delivery errors.
Once a package is shipped we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
