Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
1. Processing & Turnaround Time
All orders are subject to a processing period before they are shipped. Our current lead times are as follows:
- Custom Beadable Pens, Keychains, box cutters, etc.: 3–5 Business Days
- Charms (Bag, Car, Phone, & Bow): 2 Weeks
- Business Days: Please note that these timeframes exclude weekends and holidays.
- Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.
2. Shipping Addresses & Deliveries
Please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order.
- Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.
- Corrections: If you notice an error in your address, please message us immediately.
- Deadlines: Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to modify the destination.
- Refund Policy: We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
3. Tracking Your Order
- Notification: You will receive an email containing your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
- Carrier Updates: Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
- Tracking Website: Ensure you are using the correct delivery service website (e.g., USPS or UPS) to track your package.
- Transfer of Responsibility: Once we drop off the package, it is out of our hands. Tracking updates and delivery speeds are entirely up to the postal carrier.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your orders; however, we recognize that issues can occur during transit.
- Carrier Damage: If your order arrives damaged due to visible mishandling by the postal service, a claim must be filed directly with the post office by the recipient, or we can help file the claim for you.
- Product Issues: If the exterior packaging appears intact but the item inside is damaged, a replacement may be offered at our discretion. Each situation is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. However, proof is required.
- Reporting Timeline: Please notify us via Message within 3 business days of delivery regarding any damage. You must provide clear photos of both the item and the packaging for our review.
- Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" that are subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
